Reconstitution guide

Worked example
With 5 mg in the vial, the water you add changes the draw. Mixed with 1 mL that is 5,000 mcg per mL, so on a U-100 syringe 5 mcg is 0.1 units and 10 mcg is 0.2 units. Mixed with 2 mL it is 2,500 mcg per mL, so 5 mcg is 0.2 units and 10 mcg is 0.4 units.

Pentapeptide-18 is a synthetic peptide designed to mimic the inhibitory effects of botulinum toxin by reducing acetylcholine release at the neuromuscular junction. This mechanism decreases facial muscle contractions responsible for dynamic wrinkle formation, particularly in the upper face. The peptide works through a non-toxic pathway to achieve similar cosmetic anti-aging effects.
