What does the free plan include?
The free plan gives you access to the full peptide database, research library, glossary, beginner guide, and peptide finder. You can browse content and explore the platform without entering payment details.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds, but no nasty surprises either.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Stripe also supports local payment methods in many regions. Prices are displayed in GBP but Stripe automatically converts to your local currency at checkout.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time and the unused portion of your monthly plan is credited. Downgrading from annual to monthly takes effect at the next renewal date.
Is my data deleted if I downgrade to free?
No. All your injection logs, vials, protocols, and notes are retained. Downgrading to free simply restricts access to premium-only features. Your data is always safe.
Do you offer a trial period?
The free plan is effectively an unlimited trial for core features. Premium features are available immediately on subscription, and you can cancel within your first billing period if the platform is not right for you.
