You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use The Peptide Volt. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

The Peptide Volt does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. The educational content, dosing information, and tools on this platform are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. 4. Account Responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Subscriptions and Billing

For Premium subscription accounts:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe, a third-party payment processor.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• All sales are final. No refunds are issued. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are displayed in GBP. Stripe may present a local currency equivalent at checkout.

12. Email and Notifications

• By creating an account you consent to receiving transactional emails such as welcome messages and security notices.
• You may opt out of optional digest or marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or from your Settings page.
• Push notification preferences can be managed and revoked at any time from your Settings page.
